Simba And Mtibwa Lost their First Games Yesterday

Tanzania's mainland champions Simba SC have lost their first match of Africa Champions League (CAF CL) in first round by a 2-1 goal strike from the Nkana FC in Kitwe at Zambia.

Simba Sc appeared to be more prominent in the first half of the game, allow the first goal to be scored by Ronald Kampamba in the 27th minute after a good work done by Hassan Kessy.

In the second half, Simba seemed to get stronger and started by attacking the Nane goal area but found themselves mistreated in their protective ranks and allowed the second goal, scored by Kelvin Kampamba in the 56th minute.

Simba scored their goal only 73 minutes by penalty through their Captain John Bocco after Meddie Kegere was thrown into a dangerous area.

As a result, Simba will now have to win1-0  in the next game in Dar es Salaam, next week.

In the Federal Cup game, Mtibwa Sugar lost game by 3-0 goal against Uganda's KCCA in  Kampala Uganda.

Mtibwa will be required to win a 4-0 goals  in the second game that will be held in Dar es Salaam next week to move ahead.
